Soohyun “Julie” Koo is an accomplished entrepreneur, global business strategist, and executive with extensive leadership experience in international business development, innovation commercialization, and cross-cultural collaboration. She is dedicated to connecting transformative products and technologies with global markets while fostering strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth and improve quality of life.

Julie is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IOREX GLOBAL, where she leads initiatives focused on delivering sustainable, cross-cultural solutions for communities and industries worldwide. She also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Luceque Global, a company she founded in 2015 to help innovators, entrepreneurs, and businesses expand into international markets through strategic partnerships and global commercialization. In addition, Julie is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Olina Health, where she advances wellness-centered innovations that promote healthier communities.

Before launching her companies, Julie served for more than a decade as Executive Director and Deputy Director of the District of Columbia Office on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs, where she strengthened relationships between government, businesses, and diverse communities. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Access Worldwide Communications, Inc., and co-founded LanguServ, an innovative language-learning service developed to meet the unique needs of clients in Korea.
