Goodloe Byron Jr. is an investment management executive and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience in pension fund management, venture capital, private placements, and clean technology investments. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with investors, entrepreneurs, and public organizations to support economic development, innovation, and long-term business growth. 

As Chief Executive Officer of Potomac Asset Management Company (PAMCO), a Maryland-based investment management firm, Goodloe has led the company’s strategic direction while overseeing investment opportunities across multiple sectors. In addition to his leadership at PAMCO, he has served on the boards of the Maryland Venture Fund Authority and the Maryland Environmental Trust, where he has contributed to initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, environmental stewardship, and sustainable economic development. 

As a Senior Advisor to Luceque Global, LLC, Goodloe provides strategic guidance on investment, business growth, and market expansion. His extensive experience in venture financing, capital markets, and economic development helps strengthen Luceque’s strategic partnerships and supports the company’s long-term vision for innovation and global growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Virginia.
